Elizabeth “Liz” Rafter joined Mannion Prior as an associate attorney in September 2023 after graduating from the Temple University Beasley School of Law. Liz’s experience at Temple included internships with the Honorable Sheila Woods-Skipper of the Orphans’ Court Division of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and with multiple Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas judges.
She also worked in the Temple Legal Aid Office’s Community Lawyering Clinic where she helped clients navigate complex issues with the Social Security Administration, including representation at administrative hearings.
Liz earned her undergraduate degree from La Salle University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
